You will play a key role in driving transformation for our clients in the financial services sector. By analyzing business processes and organizational structures, you identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. Your role
Lead consulting and project management, within the banking and financial services sector, Focus areas include modernization, regulatory-driven transformation, and the implementation of innovative digital technologies, while leading cross functional teams.
Responsibility for quality, goal achievement, and budget compliance, serving as the primary contact for decision-makers at both the client and GRM, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in communication
Leading the implementation of digital technologies for our clients, including technology-driven design and execution, to support new business models or optimisations
Advise clients on strategic challenges stemming from transformation, regulation, and evolving market dynamics. Provide actionable insights to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
Build and nurture high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.

Your profile
A successfully completed masters degree in a relevant field such as STEM, Economics, Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a comparable program (or equivalent professional experience), along with at least two to four years of experience in management consulting or in financial, technology, or software companies
Strong intrinsic motivation and determination for personal development
Extensive experience and modern methodological expertise in designing and implementing technology-driven strategy and transformation projects, with a proven ability to effectively establish and continuously optimise project structures
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; very good Arabic and/or Russian skills are welcome
Willingness to travel and an open-minded attitude toward other cultures
