With experience in regulatory affairs, risk management, and compliance, you will apply your expertise directly with our clients. You will use your knowledge to support our clients in the design, implementation, and auditing of management systems for information security, data protection, risk, and compliance. Your role
Advising our clients on the analysis, planning, and implementation of regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating regulatory reporting and monitoring regulatory frameworks
Developing technology-supported analytical tools for all risk functions, including strategic risk management, credit risk, operational and market risk, as well as fraud prevention
Developing and optimizing remediation plans, solution concepts, and risk models for clients across various industries and company sizes, as well as creating tailored solutions
Contributing to publications on industry-specific compliance topics, particularly in the financial sector, and developing best-practice concepts for implementing regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
Serving as the primary contact for regulatory affairs, risk management, and compliance for management, as well as leading and facilitating relevant workshops, meetings, and seminars, including thorough preparation and follow-up
In your team, numerous experts with extensive knowledge will be available to you, and you will also be supported by a personal mentor from our Buddy Program during the probationary period
Your profile
A successfully completed bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field such as STEM, Economics, Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a comparable program (or equivalent professional experience), along with at least two to four years of experience in management consulting or in financial, technology, or software companies
Strong intrinsic motivation and determination for personal development
Relevant experience in one of the following areas: risk management, regulatory affairs (e.g., AI regulation, PSD2, DORA, FinRep, CoRep, including GRC tools), information security (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ITIL, BSI, NIST), data protection (GDPR, ISO 27701, data analytics), and ESG
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; very good Arabic and/or Russian skills are welcome
Willingness to travel and an open-minded attitude toward other cultures
