You will play a key role in supporting transformation initiatives for our clients in the financial services sector. With a broad, cross-functional perspective, you contribute to the analysis of business processes and organizational structures and help identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. You support the development and implementation of pragmatic strategies that improve agility and competitiveness, and you work closely with stakeholders to navigate regulatory and market-related challenges. Through your versatile skill set, you assist clients in clarifying strategic objectives and contribute to their long-term, sustainable success.

Your role
Contribute to consulting and transformation engagements within the banking and financial services sector
Support initiatives related to modernization, regulatory-driven transformation, and the adoption of digital technologies
Analyse business processes, organizational structures, and regulatory requirements from a cross-functional perspective
Identify opportunities for efficiency, optimisation, and sustainable growth
Support the design and implementation of technology-enabled and data-driven solutions
Contribute to strategic discussions addressing transformation, regulation, and evolving market dynamics
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders across different functions"
Take ownership of tasks, workstreams, or topics in line with experience and seniority
Gradually assume increased responsibility for coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder interaction
Develop toward leading workstreams, projects, or teams over time, depending on individual development and role level

Your profile
Academic degree in a relevant field such as STEM, Economics, Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent professional experience)
Professional experience in consulting, financial services, technology, or software-related environments (level-dependent)
Broad interest in cross-functional topics and complex problem-solving
Motivation and ambition for continuous personal and professional development
Experience in supporting strategy, transformation, regulatory, or technology-driven initiatives (scope depending on level)
Familiarity with modern consulting, project, or transformation methodologies
Strong analytical and structured thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Additional language skills (e.g. Arabic and/or Russian) are an advantage
Willingness to travel and an open-minded, culturally sensitive attitude
